Meet the Team

We work hard to make sure children are armed with the right skills for school. Each child is unique and we individually encourage everyone to make sure they are the best they can be.

We created a safe nursery environment, and learning opportunities were always plentiful. Our staff are filled with passion, enthusiasm and a never-ending commitment to the children. Parents are always reassured that their child is happy because their emotional needs are met, their interests are fostered and their individuality is respected.

We continue to preserve this model in all of our nurseries and ensure our children are happy, sociable, confident, independent, creative and unique. We urge them to explore and try new things and make sure they are challenged each and every day.

Mary Darlington

I have worked in variety of childcare settings for 29 years. This experience has helped to develop my knowledge on how children learn and develop. I am dedicated to my position and believe in working with parents and staff to provide the best start to each child’s education and providing a safe, secure and stimulating environment for all children. My qualifications include: NNEB, ADCE, Foundation Degree and a BA (Hons) in Childcare and Education. These qualifications only make up part of my education as each day I learn more from the children I care for.

I am enthusiastic and passionate about ensuring all staff and children have a fun-filled and exciting day with lots of learning opportunities.

Leanne Murphy

Hello my name is Leanne,

I have worked in childcare since 2013 and I am fully committed to helping children to grow and learn within a nourishing and enriching environment. I started in childcare with my level 3 and have worked my way up to my BA (HONS) degree in early childhood studies. Within childcare I have also been able to climb the ladder working from a practitioner all the way up to managerial roles. I am a very enthusiastic person who loves all things music, dancing, and spending time outside.

As a manger I intend to bring the ability to create an environment that is homely, cosy, safe, and secure for all children. I strive to ensure all children’s individualities are celebrated, and that their development is supported and catered for all needs. I aim to ensure that all staff feel happy and safe within the work environment, as well as having the knowledge and ability needed to work within the sector confidently. Safeguarding will always be paramount as well as the children’s and families needs.
