Curriculum
- Children are allocated a Key Person after a few sessions, once we see which staff the child is bonding with.
- We value our partnership with parents & carers this is promoted by regular detailed exchanged both verbally, via our online app Famly and Facebook.
- At Rainbow we initiate a variety of pedagogical approaches in the teaching and learning methods we use with our children, these include ideas from Piaget, Steiner, Vygotsky as well as Reggio Emilia philosophies.
Our nursery believes, through using a variety of pedagogical approaches, it ensures that we provide a rich learning experience for our children through a deep understanding of child development. Play encourages creativity, imagination, communication and allows for a challenge to consolidate their own individual learning needs.
It is from this understanding that enables us to value learning through play and putting children in the centre of all we do, which underpin our whole approach to all we offer.
